This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of everything, next to multiple underground stations, bus stops and the hustle and bustle, all while being peaceful. The staff was WONDERFUL, very helpful and friendly. We were initially very shocked by how small the room was, but we adapted and found the bed very comfortable, the shower powerful and the location perfection. I would highly recommend!!

The staff were very nice. The location was perfect for my needs (convenient to theatre I was going to & Covent Garden shops). My room was clean but tiny, fine for 2 nights I needed but wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer.

Fantastic location - friendly staff - clean rooms with good facilities Only downside is standard rooms are exceptionally compact and air con was either going to freeze or cook you with no middle ground. Perfectly good if you just want a place to crash for the night - but if you want a stand size hotel room then look elsewhere
