Wonderful property with very personal service. We had drinks in the bar and Alexandrina was very considerate and professional - great knowledge Only minor point is that there was quite some noise outside our door which woke us up Will return soon

I booked the Edition for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond, delivering balloons, sweet treats and personal touches throughout the stay. I can't thank them enough for the amazing hospitality and for making it such a special stay. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms and amazing design. The breakfast included with our booking was perfect. Will definitely be booking again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting London to see the Christmas lights around the area. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was very comfortable and clean.
