Everyone was SO friendly and genuinely kind. Nothing was too hard and all done with a smile and politeness. Amazing location, top hotel, would consider staying again on my next trip. My son loved it too, it really was the staff that made it.

Wow! We loved this hotel! The location, the size of the room, the friendliness of the staff, the ambiance and vibe! The lobby is a thriving epicenter abuzz with local, young, professional, remote workers on their laptops and ear buds taking up almost all the couches, chairs and tables in the extra large space. Then come end of the workday, the bar was abuzz with the young professionals enjoying their pints together. It made for a fun local (not touristy) atmosphere! The staff were really helpful too! And the room was very spacious.

I’ve stayed in London a lot over the last year for West End shows and the Hoxton Holborn had always been off radar for us somehow - but now we’ve visited it will most definitely be top of the list for stays as its central location is perfect for the theatre!. The reception/lounge area was huge and welcoming,check in was smooth and friendly with lots of information,we stayed in a Cosy Up room and it was really well laid out,cosy mood lighting and the radio playing gently in the background when arriving on a very wet day in London was very welcomed. Bed was super comfortable,bathroom immaculate and shower was great with good pressure and the soundproofing in the room was really impressive. Only tiny downside was our room faced a wall so not a lot of natural light in the room but with it only being a one night stay it wasn’t much of an issue. Overall a fantastic stay & already planning our next stay!

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The rooms are small and mine had no desk (which I had needed) but otherwise loved my stay here. It’s in a great part of London, walkable to many spots and the Underground. I’d highly recommend and would def go back again!

Stayed in one of the shoebox rooms- definitely an accurate description. Great for a solo traveler though! I think if I was in London for longer than a few days I'd want a bigger room, but I was more than pleased with the facility and location.

A lovely homely room with excellent soundproofing! You’d never know you were in the heart of London on a busy street. Great location for central London, easy access to the tube. Just two minor negatives for me, as a business traveler I’d love to see better coffee making facilities in the room and a tv I can stream to. But other than that I love staying here.

Great location. The soundproofing on the windows was impressive, I couldn’t hear anything from the busy road outside. Beds were old and a bit lumpy, but otherwise a great place.
