Has a gym and a swimming pool. Room OK but only one tiny pillow on the bed, more like a small cushion. Staff very polite. Very close to Hounslow Central tube station so easy to get to/from LHR

This Place and the room was enough for what me and my wife needed. There was a gym and swimming pool that I was not able to check out. The bathroom's shower door does not seal well and it allows water to leak out to the floor when taking a shower. There were a 2 live bugs found in the bathroom during my 5 day stay. Refrigerator size was good enough to load 6-8 can or bottle of water. The safe was helpful to store valuables.

Forgive me but I hate that I can't remember the name of the sweet young lady who not only checked me in but she was also there when I checked out. She was super nice as well as a few others at the front desk, including the manager. Upon arrival, my room was clean and presentable. I did request for my room to be cleaned twice, only happened once. Thankfully, I still had a fresh towel to use that day. They should also have ice machines on each floor for convenience. The adjoining restaurant Namaste Hounslow was decent. However, the bartender needs to be able to make other drinks that are beyond the menu. I asked for a Belvedere Martini and it seems, despite telling him what it entails which in my opinion is a rather simple drink, he said that he couldn't make it. My best friend's drink, a Passion Fruit Martini, was more Passion Fruit than anything. Outside of that it was a nice place to stay for my 1st time in London.

Great for our single overnight stay after a trip to Twickenham- it’s about a 30 min easy walk to the ground and we were lucky enough to get one of the dozen or so parking spaces which cost £20 per 24 hours. The gym and pool are excellent and the onsite Thai massage also extremely good. Next doors authentic Indian was one of the best we’ve ever had. Room was fine a bit tired and my pillow had seen much better days but overall excellent value for money with a Greggs and Costa around the corner for breakfast.
