This was our 2nd stay in May, being only a few minutes walk from the Eurostar terminal. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, although on the small side. The shower was good. We enjoyed the bar, open to late!

You're paying for the location here and it is worth it if you're staying one night to catch a train in the morning. The bathroom was cold, grimey and had no hand towels. Beds were comfortable and clean. This room was fine for what we needed but it is very bare bones and I wouldn't recommend it for a multi night stay if you're over 25. The lounge was cute and staff were pleasant.

We stayed as a family of 5 in the family room which was great. Breakfast isn't in the hotel itself but at a restaurant just round the corner, it was fantastic. All freshly prepared and super tasty. Perfect before a day exploring the city. The hotel is literally across the road from King's Cross and St Pancras stations which was ideal for us arriving on a late train so it was easy to find. The rooms were quite warm so I think in summer you'd need to use the fan in the room - there's no air con. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay in London

The rooms are warm. There is no AC at all. They give you a fan. We liked the convenience to the train stations, but would stay elsewhere if traveling again. Hallways are very narrow with no elevator. Staff is nice and helpful.
