Fantastic hotel. Perfect location, a minute from South Kensington station. Our room was amazing, spacious, clean, super comfy bed, top notch. The towels were fabulous, the mini bar was stocked and complimentary. We loved everything about the hotel and will definitely stay again.

A lovely boutique hotel in a great location that is steps from a tube/train stop. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and the decor and amenities were perfect for our needs. I chose the smallest room that the hotel offers and it was a bit tight for accommodating a roll aboard suitcase and a soft side bag for one person. However, the room was as described so it was on me and not misrepresented by the hotel. All in all, a great experience.

second time around staying here, this time for my birthday. it’s just one of the best hotels with the most attentive staff and little gestures that go such a long way. so incredibly clean and comfortable all around. the most peaceful area to stay in as well, you’ll never want to leave.

We only ever stay at the Ampersand-super close to the Chelsea Flower show we attend every year, immaculately clean with friendly but not obtrusive staff and great food in the restaurant.
