The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and cleaned everyday. Beautiful fluffy towels and robe. I even had washcloths which seem to be a past in many hotels. Breakfast was fresh and a good variety including salmon and a bee hive for fresh honey. Always well maintained with plenty of fresh cut fruit and juices. So pleased with everything and a welcoming fresh breakfast every morning. Chef did a wonderful job.

Located right smack in the middle of London, Trafalgar Square, the hotel is conveniently situated for activities, food, drinking, nightlife, underground subway, etc. The hotel is boutique style. The location is great and appreciate their own parking. The staff are all very friendly and helpful- I have mobility issues and was travelling on my own. Wi-Fi was free if a tad slow. Room was amazing, clean, all amenities and very comfortable bed. I did not have their breakfast. I highly recommend the hotel and hope, to come back.
