Location was fabulous. very close to Buckingham, Westminster, Big Ben, London Eye. Hotel is excellent. Only issue was some construction on roof (temporary) right above our room starting early mornings. Otherwise perfect stay. Hotel offers many additional amenities not found in advertising. Staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. We will stay here again when in London.
