Great location. Super close to Paddington Station. There are many places to dine around the hotel. I would rate higher; however, repairs/renovations were taking place outside of my room during the day. I would book again.

The only real complaint I have is the rooms are VERY small. The location is great, right by Paddington station so easy access to the tube and the train. Everything was very clean, the people at the desk were very nice.

I loved this place! It has style and character. It is renovated very well with excellent colors and theme. I stayed in the two twin bed room with a friend, it was cozy and perfect for what we needed. Loved the coffee station on the second floor. I want to stay again.

Very clean nice little place. I stayed in the solo travellers accommodations on the top floor and found it just enough to be comfortable for my 5 night stay. The shared bathroom was no big deal and I found I barely ran in to the other guests despite the whole place being booked

Comfortable stay. We expected the rooms to be small, as is the London hotel standard, but the bathroom was extra small - about the size of travel trailer bathroom. Otherwise, a good location for access to the trains, but it is noisy at night, and you'll want to keep the window open because it's hot in the room.

The location of the hotel is amazing, just outside Paddington Station, it was very convenient to get to anywhere we needed while being in a very quiet and beautiful part of London. The hotel decoration is very charming, everything is very new and clean. Our room was always clean and cozy. We traveled with 2 big suitcases and 2 carry ons, despite the rooms being small the, distribution allowed for us to get ready every morning very comfortably. We were always very kindly greeted at reception, and the staff was always helpful. There is a small water station at reception for chilled and sparkling water that honestly was a godsend for our whole trip. Very recommended to take your reusable bottle with you when you stay.
