We arrived early and room was ready which is always a bonus to me. I was promised a room with a window through previous email communication. Floor 1 room 105 was a fab room bit small and not a lot of room to manoeuvre about the side of the bed but bed was comfy. I was offered Turkish delight on arrival (my favourite) the toiletries in the room were gorgeous but I forgot to take a bit of they were so if someone could let me know I’d be grateful. Breakfast was good, area clean and plenty to choose from. Checkout was easy. Thank you for a fab stay and we will be back if we need a room for Hyde park events.

We had a room on the top floor, great view across the buildings, including of the London eye and the shard. Really comfortable bed, lovely shower, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water were nice touches. Nice and cool thanks to the air conditioning. Great places for breakfast nearby if you don’t have breakfast at the hotel. Staff very helpful letting us drop off our bag early and checking in quite late after our west end show. Will definitely be back.
