Salinder Singh at the reception is the reason I’m leaving this review. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely hospitable. When we mentioned that we were a couple, he kindly upgraded our room, which was such a lovely touch. He also went out of his way to store our luggage for us, making things so much easier for us during our travels. As for the hotel itself, Rove is a decent and comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. It’s a little dated and certainly not luxurious, but it was perfectly comfortable for our stay. What made the experience special was the hospitality that’s what I’ll remember most about our stay. Thank you, Salinder, for making us feel so welcome.

When we arrived to the hotel after flying all night, the front desk allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room!🙌 Very clean property and our room was great. Our room was cleaned every day. A tad small, but it worked for us. Paddington Station is 2 min from the hotel with tons of food options everywhere! Very friendly staff. Perfect stay for our trip!

We needed help to get the air-conditioner to work. Also needed help more than once to get the coffee machine to work. It was exasperating. The machine was not the Nespresso brand. We spent 4 days at Rove, and the staff were generally helpful except one. The room was also narrow especially between the bed and tv.
