Impeccable service from booking through check-out. Lovely, spotless rooms, comfortable bed, large room size for London. The breakfast was delicious - great variety on the buffet and made-to-order options. We will happily stay here for future London trips.

I have stayed here on a number of occasions now and every time it has been nothing short of excellent. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and courteous. The location is fantastic for Covent Garden and is also just short walking distance from lots of other great areas. I always feel very comfortable at this hotel and will return again

Location is excellent - situated right in Covent Garden, near the Underground and shops, shows, and restaurants. Air conditioning was appreciated during the recent heat wave and the rooms were comfortable (the standard room is a bit smaller than a usual North American room) and recently upgraded.

This hotel is in a great location. They are the seven dials which has a ton of restaurants, stores, and things to do. It’s very bustling, but also convenient. The rooms are renovated and very nice. The bathroom was a little small, but honestly that’s to be expected in a city hotel in Europe. We’ve stayed here several times and would stay here again. It’s a great choice in London.

The location of this hotel is the best. Right in the middle of everything. . Heart of 7 Dials neighborhood.4 min walk to Leiscester sq, Covent Gardens, Tottingham Rd tube stations. 7 Dials Food Hall a 1 min walk. Action happening everywhere. Could prob get noisy, but earplugs made it unnoticeable, and it usually didnt last past 11pm. Breakfast was good..pastries, yogurt, eggs, fruit..and you can order french toast, pancakes, omlettes if you want. Never had to wait for the elevators. Loved the urban anthropology toiletries. Wish they sold them there. My only minor complaint is that the pump bottles sometimes did not work well. Staff was great. They even lent me a voltage converter for my stay. My friends stayed near the Tower of London in a more modern hotel, but they kept coming into my area because that is where everything was. I dont regret changing from their hotel to mine at all.

The hotel is well located and the staff are very professional and helpful. Our “premium”room (701) was cozy but comfortable for two people with good light and a nice view — and recently refurbished. While the bathroom barely fit one person, the room was a good value given current London prices. We enjoyed our stay and will return on our next visit to London.

What a lovely stay we had at the Radisson Blu in Covent Square/Seven Dials! The staff was phenomenal. You would have thought we were at a luxury resort with the level of service and support the staff provided. In particular the concierge, both Ed and George, were tremendously helpful and kind. When we come back to London we will absolutely be repeat guests! I could t have asked for more from our visit!
