Very clean and recently refurbished room. Very quite. Comfortable bed. Good nights sleep. Staff was helpful. Got me extra water and milk for my room. Because of the hot weather in the U.K. it was great to have A/C in hotel room in London. Drinks were very good. Nice choice for breakfast. Good location close to the tube station.

The first room I got seemed like it was stuck in a time capsule and was dirty. Nothing worked. But the staff changed the room the next day and from then on our stay was great. There is a really good breakfast selection, the hotel is very central and getting to the bus or train is super easy! The only fault I can speak of is that the rooms are super tiny. But it is London and that is to be expected.

First of all the staff was great, especially in the restaurant/bar and Michael the Concierge. The room we were provided is not the room shown on the website and not the one we paid for. The room was so small it was not comfortable for 2 people. There was no place to sit nor was there space for two suitcases The shower was very tiny so overall we were very disappointed. We’ve stayed there before and our room was great, but not this time so never again.

The Radisson Blu Hotel is perfectly situated very close to the British Museum. There is easy access to it via The Elizabeth line. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The rooms, which are compact, were modern and well appointed. With well-appointed bathrooms. The breakfasts were delicious and served in a bright and airy room overlooking busy London streets. The small details were not overlooked at this hotel.

Great overnight stay, ideal location for walking to Covent Garden area, and Heathrow transport. Twin room was very comfortable, although the shower/bath layout was a bit awkward due to the ceiling on 6th floor. Will definitely be back!

My family and I belive that what makes this hotel great is the very kind and very helpful staff. The building has its issues ( e.g. the one of two lifts was out of service for 3 days at least), but we understand that it is going under major renovation, so I guess it is worth the wait. The breakfast is magnificent, the rooms are very clean and the proximity to everything is just unparalleled. I didnt have the time to check on the fitness center, but the restaurant is also great. Congratulations to the whole team for the great work.

Very clean and nice hotel, friendly staff especially Michael at concierge and Mani behind the bar who went above and beyond for us all weekend. Also the staff at reception who gave us an upgrade for my wife’s 50th birthday. Breakfast was very nice and overall a very nice hotel. A couple of negatives was that the bar closed at 10.15 as it would have been nice to come back to hotel for a nightcap. And the shower in our room went from nice to scorching hot and then nice to freezing cold. Room 701

We stayed in a renovated room but it was very small with a view of a wall. The air con was noisy, the fridge didn’t work so the complimentary water was warm. The tv had a black shade to the top third obscuring the picture. The shower pressure wasn’t great and varied so it went from hot to cold without changing the temp handle. So had a bath instead which was not comfortable as it was really the size for a small child too snug for an adult, but the soaps etc were also fixed at shower height so you can’t reach them whilst in the bath. There is a hairdryer but no mirror in the room where the plug is to see yourself. The main foyer elevator didn’t work so there was only one elevator to serve the whole hotel and it holds Mac 3 people. There are ongoing renovations happening so don’t expect a lie in despite the 12 noon check out time. Breakfast was just ok but premier inn would be better. Location was great though, the bed was comfy and the bedding nice. I wouldn’t stay more than one night.
