The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, it was very close to Paddington station and 4 minutes walk to Hyde Park (we were going to a concert in Hyde Park). We would stay again.

The room was mostly clean - layers of serious dust under the cupboards and bed (I dropped something under there!). Room was on the 4th floor without a lift. Bed and bedding good, A/C and windows good. There was no hot water for about 24 hours, when I mentioned it I was told 'We know' - no apology or explanation. Overall - fine.

Staff are very helpful and nice, hotel is near lots of cool places and near a Greggs so thats a big plus, room was clean and bed was comfortable ( though it was leaning a bit to the left for some reason), also there was good tea in the room.

I was super impressed with my room! For a single, it was way larger than all the other single rooms I’ve stayed at other hotels nearby. Really modern and comfortable, and spotlessly clean! Loved how you can adjust the temperature yourself. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

Great location for getting around. Staff friendly and helpful, especially with the ease of leaving bags before check-in and after checkout. My single room was small but adequate with a nice bathroom. The rooms are quite close together and narrow hallways echo-ey; doors are quite loud when banging shut. One major thing to be aware of is the rooms have the original single-glazed sash windows with poor sound insulation, and as the hotel is next to a busy road I highly recommend ear plugs - unless you are a VERY early riser! Loud motorbikes, lorries and police sirens disturbed my sleep from 5am onwards.
