Very welcoming staff, great place to stay if you are going to a gig at the roundhouse venue just down the road a bit. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of bits nearby should you need them.

This guest house was a lovely find in a very pretty part of London. Welcome from Lekha was friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order by Newton. Gluten intolerance was catered for. We had a fan in the bedroom as the weather was hot. Ensuite had a lovely powerful shower. The bed was comfortable. Lots of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. Also just a walk from Hampstead Theatre. Really kind thought of chocolates and a card for our anniversary. Would love to stay again.

Excellent accommodation from every point of view. Perfect cleanliness. Kindness and courtesy. The property is convenient for the underground, with places for breakfast and lunch very close by, and there is also a supermarket nearby. I highly recommend it.

Cleanliness and facilities were great as was breakfast! Room quite small but ok for one night- although very hot ( we were at top of house). Every app you can think of on tv. Owner was very welcoming. Great location 7 minute walk to tube station. Would stay here again

We had a lovely pre-Christmas stay at Primrose Guesthouse, with such a welcoming host and all the amenities needed for exploring London, since public transport is within walkable distance. The area is very quiet and safe, and we’ll definitely be back.
