The staff was kind and helpful. They need to clean the ally area between the road and the hotel on a regular basis. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good quality, although a limited selection of food. We had a very nice stay overall.

The hotel was centrally located. The area felt somewhat safe. It wasn’t exactly the safest place in the world. However, the staff were very attentive and I felt like they were the types who would do anything for you , honestly, our rooms were nice and clean with towels and coffee. We felt very well taken care of. the elevator was a little hard to manage with the key. It just wouldn’t work sometimes when you press the button to board the elevator, I had to play a pushing game with it quite often. I would definitely stay there again. The beds weren’t exactly the most comfortable. They could probably do better with that-but the price is right.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Borough Market and a lot restaurants nearby in general. About a 10 minute walk to the tube. Also a small Tesco/supermarket downstairs and another supermarket/Sainsbury down a block. Breakfast was great! Unlimited bacon, eggs, sausage, toast, pancakes, waffles, croissants, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee and more. Staff extremely helpful, pleasant, and accommodating, we loved it there!

As a family of four, we found the room a tad tight but everything was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel worked brillaintly for us (being close to London Bridge station and Borough Markets) and our kids enjoyed the breakfast very much! But by far the highlight was the genuine care and hospitality shown by the staff, particularly a wonderful lady by the name of Bethe. She made our kids feel like special guests and they absolutely loved it.

Hotel was great, breakfast was good. Area was safe, but the alley outside tends to get a lot of litter. Not sure if it's standard in the UK, but no tissue box, and only a combined body wash/shampoo. Lots of outlets, wish they had USB charging ports. The extra beds were ready for us when we got in.
