We stayed for over a week and enjoyed our time very much. Highly recommend for families. The staff were super kind, helpful and incredibly hardworking. We were in London during the May heatwave and the hotel was fantastic about filling water bottles and providing ice. Location is great - right by Monument station and both a Tesco and Waitrose are nearby. The only suggestion would be to have a luggage rack in the room (or available upon request) as well as an extra chair in a 4 person room (there was only one chair). Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel was in a perfect location and we were pleasantly surprised how good the breakfast was so definitely worth getting the meal package. The staff was friendly and my only complaint was not having a fridge in room. We would stay here again.

Overall clean..downstairs restaurant (thyme) toilets were ver bad one of the days. Basic room services are sometimes not provided. Ok for the price. Staff is very courteous. We stayed with family - 2 young children. Breakfast buffet is good. Sindhu was very kind serving us dinner. Overall seems ok. Location is excellent for tube and local shops
