This is our second time staying here. It’s handy for Buckingham Palace and very close to Victoria Train station and underground. Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good but can be busy at peak times. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room with all the amenities needed to make it a perfect stay. Right next to Victoria Train, Underground and Coach Station made it the perfect base for our London adventures. Staff were lovely and helpful, room was clean, modern and well maintained. No complaints at all!

Outstanding service and help. Great buffet breakfast and the room was perfect with all the amenities you need and a nice big bathroom. It’s the little things such as the help from the concierge and cleaners as well. Definitely 5 stars.
