This was the first time I had stayed in one of your hotels and the whole experience was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly from the time of booking in until checking out. I will definitely look to stay again in this group of hotels.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of choices and everything being fresh and well prepared. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Check in really easy. Was allocated a double room but had booked a twin room, but sorted immediately. Staff friendly and helpful. The only criticism is that you couldn’t get a cup of tea. Only coffee available. Pleasant stay and so convenient for Wembley Stadium.

Got their early, asked if we could leave our bags, they said our room was ready and let us have it early. We weren't expecting that, as we were 4 hours early. Good security in the evening after the Bon Jovi concert. You had to prove you were staying there to get in. No noise so ok to sleep. Nice shower and good breakfast. We tend to stay here if seeing anything at Wembley.

Great hotel close to Wembley Park station and Wembley Stadium. If attending a concert or a football match this is the best location to stay. The staff was very supportive and created an amazing atmosphere throughout our stay with special drinks, snacks in the room. The breakfast was delicious with fresh juice, fruit and a broad choice of cereal and pastries. I had an amazing night sleep in a very cosy bed. The room was very quiet and clean.
