The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we got a couple of soft drinks from the bar and another guest accidentally knocked into me and spilled the drinks, the bar quickly replaced them at no charge. On our first night there we were very tired and ordered room service. They were very quick and the hamburger I ordered was the best I ever had. It tasted like it was home cooked. Checking in and out was a breeze. They also have room safes and we felt very safe while we were there. I can't wait until we can go back! Don't forget your universal outlet adapter if you're coming from the US.

We would stay there again. It is a little removed from sites but reasonably priced. We enjoyed the restaurant. There were a couple of cafes nearby. Transportation was about a half mile away.

Staff was so helpful for everything Few little notices during our stay Wasn't enough shower gel for 3 of us in the room ,we had to call reception to refill Our room carpet has lots of stain Walls has loads scratched marks Coffee stain on bathroom door upon check in Should be an smart tv as we're staying in a 4 star hotel ,could not use the TV as we couldn't able to connect with our devices Overall I was happy with my stay Im not here too complain Just giving my personal feedback as I worked as an accommodation manager for Last 30 years Hope things can be changed in future Improvement
