Stayed for two nights. Super convenient location steps from London Paddington Train station. Close to amenities. Nice and clean. Except that in the room we stay (6th floor) every morning around 9:30am, there’s vibration noises that seem to be from the pipes, that are on and off for ten minutes

Very smart and clean hotel in a good quiet location near to Paddington station. Staff were very helpful too. Room was upgraded which was a bonus as I was with my two daughters on a London sightseeing and shopping trip. Easy to get around from here too.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was delightful great selection and clean. We had booked 3 rooms; all 3 rooms had issues with the AC. The rooms did not feel like the AC was working at all, and the staff kept assuring us that it was, but it clearly wasn't. They provided each room with a fan, but still that was not enough. We were not looking for it to be an ice box but comfortable enough to sleep because that's all we were there for. You can open the windows but theres no draft, so it didn't help. There was just no air flow in the room.
