Amazing staff and very clean. The room itself was a bit small but very cozy and had all you needed. The only little thing I would change is the blinds, since we had a nice view of the adjacent neighborhood, but couldn't raise them to see it. Also they gave you a discount at the Roasting coffee shop nearby which was absolutelyl delicious for breakfast!

I loved my stay at the Mornington Hotel! I was originally booked at a different hotel in the area but switched to the Mornington after realizing that my original booking didn’t have AC. I am SO glad I made the change! It’s been HOT here in London. The Mornington had incredibly strong AC (I even had to turn it down at one point). My room was very small in the basement, no windows, but honestly I didn’t care. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean, and the neighborhood is lovely! Very quiet as well. There were two young women who worked at the counter while I was there and they were both lovely, very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and wish I would have booked it for my entire stay instead of just for one night!

The Mornington Hotel London Victoria is a cute hotel and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The only two negatives that we found with our stay at the hotel were 1) the size of the room, there is no room to walk around the bed let along space to store two carry-on luggages 2) There is no lift available and the stairs are narrow & steep. The surrounding area is very nice and the are lots of nice coffee shops near by.

The room was small (but expected for London). The hotel does not have a lift/elevator, so if you are not on the main level, you will need to be able to do stairs and carry your luggage up and down stairs as well. Not every room had the same amenities (our friends' room did not have a safe) and some things didn't work as well (shower door kept coming off the track and not closing all the way, skylight blinds were closed halfway and the cords to control it were broken). The staff was friendly and did their best to help where they could, even coming to pick up our take-away trash from us so our room didn't smell of onions all night. If you don't plan to spend a lot of time in your hotel room except to sleep, it was quite sufficient.

We were upgraded at their sister property Hotel Victor, literally just across the road. Staff were very helpful and it was surprisingly quiet, bed realky comfortable and everything spotless snd well maintained. Highly recommended

This has got to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in London. It’s quiet, incredibly beautiful and perfectly located - 9min walk to Pimlico station and 12min walk to Victoria. Great restaurants around. The rooms are on the smaller side but we absolutely loved it. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone!
