The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was amazing. It was close to Victoria Station and there was a #24 bus stop right outside the door. The elevator was a blessing. The only concern was that the temperature in the room was very warm (bordering on hot) and we had to keep the fan on at all times. I would stay at this hotel again.

Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful. Lots of places close by to eat at. Tesco for grocery items less then 10 minutes away. Victoria station is about 10 minutes away.

This is a very small hotel managed by kind people who sought to be helpful. There is no air-conditioning here. Our room was on the fourth floor and it had to have been over 80 degrees in the room. By no fault of the hotel, our stay was during a very significant heat wave in the UK, and we checked out after a few hours and switched to a hotel down the street that had AC. We feared possible medical complications if we tried to stay in that heat without AC. Again, the people were kind and helpful. There was nothing they could do about the heat.
