The staff was very friendly, and the bed was quite comfortable. We had plenty of space for the two of us. The AC unit allowed us to keep the room as warm and cool as we wanted it. The location is ideal and very sensual to do all things. Would stay again!

Could have been worse. Location is prime. Pillows were hard. Dental kit amenity really should a small tube of toothpaste. Staff should make sure safe works before new guests arrive. Glad that there was air conditioning.

Front desk was amazing! I have some mobility issues, and was assisted to the room, always asked upon daily arrival or exit if there was AMYTHING they could help with, and had our taxi to the airport ready 20 minutes before scheduled. 5 star in my book!

Loved the front desk staff. So kind and so knowledgeable. Rooms were small but adequate for proximity to all the fun. I do wish there were outlets in the bathroom though. Great time. Will visit again

Simple hotel (light on amenities), very good location. Room was very clean, well styled, and comfortable bed. The bath tub/shower are raised up, so for mobility impaired people might be a challenge. The staff were exceptionally kind and courteous. Truly an outstanding experience.

The front desk staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Greeted with a warm smile. Always felt the staff was willing to help (open doors, luggage). The hotel rooms were well kept and clean. Very tidy. Would stay again.

Very courteous, friendly and professional staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was newly renovated and very clean. Location on the edge of Chinatown was very convenient for the theatres and nightlife. Hotel itself was quiet. Beds very comfortable.

Location was excellent! We stayed in an interior room so it was quiet. You could hear the music from the attached bar but it was not that loud. Room was small, and you had to step up to get into the shower. Not recommended for older or unsteady folks. Front desk staff were excellent!

Location is perfect and staff is welcoming and helpful. Only thing was the restaurant adjacent turns into a pub/night club and plays thumping music until 2:30am! Couldn't get any sleep for the night where I had an early flight and badly needed the sleep. Just be mindful of that. Otherwise no complaints.

Great stay in London

The hotel is in a perfect location in and around Picadilly. I was very pleased with that. Great walking to restaurants, pubs, theater, and shopping. Close to tube access. 5 minute walk to the theater we had tickets to see. Beds were super comfortable and the room was clean and tasteful. The staff was very helpful with any questions or needs. Helped us get a car lined up to take us to the airport at the end of our stay. Would definately stay there again. Thank you for a great stay.

This hotel is in an unbeatable location in Leicester Square, within walking distance to many restaurants, theater venues, and sightseeing places (and easy access to the Tube). The room was clean, comfortable and quiet; and the staff was friendly and really helpful with whatever we needed. Would definitely stay there again!
