Please remove this venue from your listings. Perhaps someone could check the property without letting the management know. There is a mobile number on the door that does an connect, to check in. A builder next to the door told me to go two doors up to check in. The entrance, stairs and carpets are filthy and smelly and there is no fire escape. It looks like a 1970s squat.

Ideal for a one night stay.

Ideal budget friendly room. I was only staying in it for one night, was very practical for what i needed it for. Moderately comfortable bed and cozy. Fan and tv in the room was a nice touch.

i didnt realize that this was a hostel type room. It was quiet but very very basic, good thing i only needed to sleep after my long flight. This wasn't the type of 'hotel' room youd wanna spend awake time in.

I literally have no idea how the council hasn’t closed this place down. Lots of mould. Dark steep narrow stair cases where if you was to fall there’s a huge window left open at the bottom of you went through that it’s quite the drop!

For this price (BP 100 per person) a bed of only 1,2 meters for 2 persons, a bathroom, smaller than in a camper, you couldn't close the door using the toilet. The shower & toilet together was max 1,5 meters wide. It was impossible using the shower without making everything wet. I would not recommend this hotel. Pictures at the side are not according reality!

Perfect for a short stay

Hotel was quite hard to find but was perfect for our night away. The man on the front desk was lovely and attentive. Very convenient location!!

Nice place

I had a really pleasant stay here. Its super close to kings cross train station which is cery handy for the tube etc. The toilets and shower were really clean and the room was small but it was warm and cozy.

Self service Hotel

Self check in worked out well. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Shared shower could do with a new hose and floor needs attention. Nearly knocked myself out on low door frame when the motion sensors didn't turn hallway lights on. But otherwise good value for the stay.

No towel

The shower on my floor was out of order (maybe fixing it from when I stayed there a couple of months), but didn't matter as no towel was provided. Comfortable bed, but not being able to shower wasn't a great start to the day.

The reception staff for this property are amazing people but the the hygiene standards for KX rooms is extremely shocking! When I arrived to apparently a clean room I found chewing gum stuck on the wall, dust & dirt everywhere including the fan, tv, mirrors and even the sink. I know it’s a budget hotel but I’ve stayed in hostels that are cleaner than this place. After checking out the room I had to ask for cleaning materials just to clean my room before I stayed there. Now onto the communal shower. The shower head didn’t work while the flooring is lifting up and you feel like you’re going to fall through to the next floor down. All in all this property is now worth staying in just to save a few pounds. I can’t stress this enough to stay away and book somewhere that doesn’t have piss stains on the mattress topper!

At 8pm arrival, reception was closed and the doors were locked and there were no responses to the phone numbers posted when we called. I found an email in my spam they had sent (from a different email) hours earlier with a code to enter. No staff to be found. The shower wouldn't drain, so it was unusable. There were bugs on the beds, in the towels and on the wall. We were too exhausted to find a new place, so we slept on top of the beds in our clothes and left early. Stellar location, and creative paint jobs, but too much of a hassle to gain entry.

cost effectiveness is good and also kind:) liked the place but the only one to wish is microwave oven was not there😅 but the good hings were much more. The best thing was location. the location is super close to euston station and underground.
