The hotel is simple and practical. Room are of a nice size and very comfortable. Location is excellent. The hotel is very near subway and buses. There are also many different types of restaurants within a 5 min walk radius. I spent 7 nights and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a good location with easy access from the tube and overall it was a perfectly good hotel for a very quick trip to London. We were given a ground floor room next to the dining room, bathroom was tired and due to the road noise it wasn’t a great night’s sleep. In summary it was perfectly adequate for someone to stay for a night ahead of an early meeting the next day, not sure I would pick it if I was staying for a longer leisure trip

Much better than the last time I stayed ! Looks like the hotel has had an uplift, great to have windows that open, ‘little extras’ like body lotion and biscuits, that the big corporate hotels now don’t. Nice room and everything worked - not to be taken for granted these days, especially in London!!

K Kensington Bien comunicado con metro línea amarilla y verde a 5’. Zona con tránsito de coches. Nuestra habitación para 4 personas con 2 camas de matrimonio era muy tranquila y sin ruidos ya que daba al interior. Las camas correctas con somier plano y dos almohadas para regular la altura. El baño correcto con ducha ancha aunque la zona aseo e inodoro son justas y no hay espacio para dejar neceser. El armario frente a las camas es abierto y con buena distribución. Hay una zona con espejo que permite maquillarse o tomar un café. La temperatura en la habitación está regulada mediante a.a. No hay nevera. Si hay caja fuerte. Limpieza diaria y cambian las toallas. El desayuno es correcto para 2 ó 3 días ya que no varían.

Just came back from the hottest couple of days in London and the ice cold air conditioning in the hotel and in our room was very welcomed to escape the heat. The location of this hotel is perfect if your visiting Kensington or like us going to explore the Natural History Museum and the Science museum which were a nice 15min walk down one road. 15mins doesn't sound close but when you start walking around the area you will realize it is a brilliant location. There are lots of branded and independent restaurants close by too so if you are traveling with children it's nice to not go far to grab some food. We stayed in a family room which had x2 large beds and a nice bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Nice modern rooms and most importantly it was so clean. In our room our window looked out at a wall and vent so there was no natural sunlight but that didn't bother us. There is tea, coffee, and biscuits in the room which is always a lovely touch....us brits we love a cuppa! The breakfast was really nice this morning. There was fruit juices, tea, latte etc. There were a hot breakfast.....fry up was buffet style with scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes. Toast, Continental breakfast with cerals, yogurts, muffins etc. All really tasty and something for everyone. We checked out today but tue staff were so accommodating and kindly let us leave our heavy bags there after we checked out so we can explore the area without carrying it around with us.

Lovely hotel, and a decent value for money. We were lucky to receive a complimentary room upgrade so got a family room instead of double room. Family room was very spacious for 2 people, the only downside was the view, as there was no view unfortunately in the room we were staying in, the window was facing a wall so there was not much natural light coming in, however this was not a major issue as we only stayed for 1 night so it didn’t impact our stay. The room had a working AC which was also beneficial. Overall a good option for a short stay, staff was lovely and check in was very smooth and quick.

I had a room facing the main road. The hotel mentions this in their online description, but it can be noisy throughout the night (especially on weekends), which leads to interrupted sleep. Small rooms by US standards. Otherwise, nice property.

Hôtel is perfectly located to get around town either by walking or taking the underground. Air condition works beautifully however, when air is blowing out it is directed right at bed hence right onto your head. One of us ended up getting sick. Other than that everything was smooth and easy going.
