Hotel was in the perfect location as we were attending a concert at the O2 next door. Room was large and beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean and I liked the separate bath and walk in shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again.

The staff were very helpful when arriving and during our stay. Our room was clean and had a lovely view of the Thames River and O2 Arena. Breakfast both mornings was really nice and had a good variety of buffet food.

Fantastic property with direct access to the O2. The rooms were large, modern, and spacious. The pool has child-friendly hours and was a refreshing treat during the hot weather. The multiple restaurants with stunning views of the Thames and Canary Wharf were wonderful. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

This hotel is the perfect hotel to stay at if you are traveling to the O2 for an event. It is connected from the hotel to the O2 an easy walk. Inside the 02 arena it is surrounded by an outlet mall, which makes getting anything you need right there easily accessible. A lot of food choices and shops. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. The only downsize that we noticed was there’s no refrigerator in the room where we could put our own drinks. There is a stocked refrigerator, but we wanted our own place to put our soda & water in there that we bought and we could not do that. Everything else was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice, clean and spacious room. Helpful staff at the reception. Great location and facilities. Bar - when kitchen is closed you cannot even get nuts or olives which I think is just silly. It is not a food that needs to be prepared and every bar I have ever been to has them. The spa was so insanely crowded, there was zero space left in the entire area. It is obviously a big hotel so it is expected but they should introduce the limit of people they let into the spa at the same time to manage it.
