While the staff and common areas of the hotel were very nice, the rooms were somewhat small and the lighting controls were confusing and inadequate for our needs. We also had an issue with our air conditioning not working after being gone for a few hours and found out that it was somehow turned off from a central location while we were gone and we had to go to the front desk to get it turned back on. Location was very convenient for walking and getting to the underground. All in all, an acceptable place to stay for the price.

The hotel is very convenient for a short stay. The staff were very helpful. The Romanian lady Stefanie was exceptional. Only minus points were the air conditioning and not being able to open a window to let in air in the rooms and very little space to hang up clothes. Overall, very recommendable.

Rooms are unique small efficient, space-saving. Well-appointed. Very comfy beds. PRIMO location at great price. Bus stations and Subway (tube) station within a block. Great restaurants all around - 4 within the block. Their breakfast is reasonable, delicious, and plentiful. Worth it! I would choose this facility again when we visit London next time. Super place, great people.

Omg I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, Shouaib / Tarek were so helpful and kind . I loved the breakfast : they asked for any allergies and prepared my meal separately. Sherifa the house keeper was very sweet. She kept my room clean . She provided me with extra towels as requested. I would definitely come back to this hotel . I’m very Happy with my stay ! I will definitely recommend it . It was my first time in London !

Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back when we visit London next time.

Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was excellent and offered a good start to the day. The room was comfortable, though there were a few downsides: only one chair in a double room, very limited storage, and a tiny clothes rack tucked into a narrow space that barely fits a jacket. A couple of improvements would make the stay more pleasant.

The stay was fine if you’re looking for a cheap and convenient place to stay. It was nothing spectacular, but it was a decent place for a bed. The staff was friendly enough. The drain in our shower was extremely clogged and water kept pooling even time we took a shower. Water started to flood the entire bathroom floor and leak out into the main room. We asked for maintenance to stop by on two separate occasions, but nobody ever stopped by.

The only amazing thing about the hotel is the location and access to the tube. Otherwise the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on in my life. Cleaning was bad. For two people, they only left one set of towels. Bathroom door was broken and we couldn’t close it. Shower curtain was broken. It wasn’t possible to open the window to get a good ventilation in the room. We asked for the room to be cleaned and they didn’t even take the garbage out. Also to be fair, the staff had good attitude, but it doesn’t really matter when every thing else is horrible.

The room was warm and cozy also updated in the latest technologies. I didnt have to get up to switch up lights or charge my phone. I could dim the light as i fit or change to reading light. I dont have to put do not disturb sign , i only have to press a button. The only down side is that they have no ice machine on the floors. I had to go get it at the reception downstairs, also there are no fridge , so my food could not be stored. I had to throw it out. But i will stay again ...staff were welcoming.
