Rooms are small for a couple, really small bed. The place was pretty cool, staff is nice and the breakfast was poor: pastry, coffee machine, fruits and some other high carb options. No protein at all!

The staff were wonderful and when I came in late at night and very hot they got me an extra water to hydrate. They helped me figure out the best way to some of my destinations so there were fewer transfers and more efficient timing. It was excellent to have Wagamama within a very short walk. I would stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was minimal but the service was lovely and we enjoyed the fresh coffee made to order. This was the perfect location to visit the Tower of London as we had an early reservation and there are plenty of restaurants and pubs around to enjoy. The carpet in our room was a bit dirty and stained but the bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. Great place if you're looking for somewhere to sleep and not spend much time in the room itself as it is very small.

The room was clean. The staff seemed pre-occupied and not helpful. Usually on their phones and not organized. While having breakfast it wasn't uncommon for guests to leave their table and staff would walk by the table without clearing. We had the accessible room and if someone was in a wheel chair they wouldn't have been able to shower safely as they wouldn't have been able to reach the hand held show for any adjustments at all. Lighting was an issue as well as to be able to have some kind of light for night time it was too bright or completely dark. We would stay somewhere else next time. The Premiere Inn on the south side of tower Bridge was very helpful and alert. Our cab took us there by mistake and they were very helpful.

Had a few problems with the room we got at check-in...We asked for a change and were given another 'perfect' room immediately. Staff is so nice & helpful. Rooms are small but totally functional & cheerful. Loved the breakfast, the lobby, the vibes and perfect location. Not the 1st time we stay at a Hub and we are always happy to return.

The room was a little small, but for just sleeping and a shower it was great. The bed was comfortable, we asked for more pillows and 5 minutes later they were there. The rain shower head had great pressure, only complaint I would have was the mini split that sounded like a fish tank air compressor filled with water running all night.The staff was excellent service with a smile and if I had any questions they had an answer for. Hotel was close to Tower of London and Tower of London Bridge, after checking those out hopped on a big bus to check out alot of other sites.
