Overall excellent but we specifically booked the hotel as it advertised an off site car park which we were told was closed by the time we arrived. A bit disappointed that the staff weren’t able to help with some ideas where we could park. Everything else great - really smart, clean and quiet hotel.

Great hotel by Camden Market. The reception area looks a little worn, but the rooms and service were great! Large clean rooms with nice bed and a small sitting area. Very friendly and helpfull staff. We had a great weekend staying there!

This was a lovely hotel! I found that the bed was very comfortable and I loved the bedding. The hotel also had a/c which was a godsend! The room itself was spacious, modern looking, and clean. Hotel staff were always friendly and accommodating as well. Location wise this hotel suited my needs. It's steps away from the Camden Market and fairly close to the Camden tube station. The area around the station can get a little dirty with trash and some interesting people, but I never felt unsafe there or near the hotel itself. There are ample areas to eat and shop around the hotel and the Northern Line connected to all of the touristy places I was visiting. All in all, this was one of the best hotels on my trip and would be a location I'd stay at again.

From the moment we stepped through the door, the Camden staff were fantastic. We unexpectedly got an upgrade to a view of Camden which was really lovely. Rooms were so clean and so comfy. Best hotel I've stayed in so far and definitely will come back to stay again. Thank you!

A nice place in a good location for anything North London. Room was a little small but ok for European standard at a reasonable price. Lots of choices to eat “very British” all around. Underground in reasonable walking distance. All good. Happy with our choice.

I've stayed here in the past and to be honest it was well overdue a refurb! The rooms are now clean and stylish and the bathroom was immaculate. As of May 26 there is still some work happening but it didn't affect our stay at all. The hotel is so handy for Camden Markets and local music venues and is a 5 min walk from the nearest tube station. As you would expect of central London there's a wide range of restaurants in the area.

There was work going on but it didn’t bother us too much as we were out more than in. Staff very pleasant and helpful. A very clean well situated hotel right in the heart of Camden Town close to eateries and bars with rooms overlooking the locks if you are lucky. I’d stay again and I’d highly recommend it to others. Room 422 4th floor with good lifts.

Too much work going on and the lifts were out of action. I found myself wandering into a building site. The rooms were clean and well kept, but the view was nothing more than scaffolding. Hotel is generally in a really nice location, but I think the hotel could do more to protect visitors from their renovations.
