Overall hotel is good, excellent location, connected the main public train station. Be careful about any suggestion or arrangement that Concierge Service person provides. Excellent location. Easy indoor walk from the Peddington train Station. Every time we needed ice, we had to call room service and it took forever for them to come and few times nobody showed up. This could have been avoided by an ice machine on the floor.

The hotel is great its just old and needs new carpet but the rooms are a good size, as are bathrooms and beds comfortable and you absolutely cannot beat the location for jumping on the Heathrow express for an early morning flight and the tube stations.

Clean room, although if you're a sensitive sleeper, like me, perhaps bring ear plugs to drown out the A/C sound (made all the difference), friendly staff, great choice for breakfast and being right on the doorstep on Paddington station was great.
