A great choice for getting around the city — extremely close to both Edgware Road and Paddington stations, which made it easy to hop to different parts of London. The hotel itself is huge, with a great lobby bar and multiple food options right there, so you're never far from a good meal or drink after a day out. The rooms and showers were clean throughout, and staff at every turn were hospitable, helpful, and friendly, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-connected, comfortable base in London.

Our last few days of a three-week vacation in the UK were made very nice by the quality of the staff and accommodations (room cleanliness, meals, and more) of this hotel. The concierge staff were particularly top notch. It was a perfect location as a home base in Central London with great subway, bus, and taxi access to all our final touring activity. The hotel also serves a wonderful international community of travelers and we enjoy being in this kind of environment.

Walls are paper thin, we couldn’t sleep because of the tv from the next room. It was like we had our tv on all night. But the staff handled it very quickly, all the staff was really nice. Also our room looked nothing compared to the pictures online, it was small and didn’t even have a place to put our luggage (table, luggage rack…) nothing i had to put it in the floor. For me it was a little annoying because I have bad knees
