Excellent, clean hotel, very nice staff. Huge gym for a hotel! I got an "Executive" room and the free breakfasts included with that were delicious. (Didn't try the dinners.) The only thing that bothered me that the staff obviously can't do anything about is the nearby hospital... constant ambulance sirens!

I booked this hotel for a one night stay arriving in London a Paddington Station. It was only an 8 minute walk to the hotel, which was great. The staff at checkin and at the concierge desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We used the cafe and the bar. Again staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was only a minute from the tube station. All in all it was exactly what we wanted. Will stay again.

A great choice for getting around the city — extremely close to both Edgware Road and Paddington stations, which made it easy to hop to different parts of London. The hotel itself is huge, with a great lobby bar and multiple food options right there, so you're never far from a good meal or drink after a day out. The rooms and showers were clean throughout, and staff at every turn were hospitable, helpful, and friendly, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-connected, comfortable base in London.
