The hotel is in a great location - we walked to a few different tube and bus lines easily, restaurants and small grocery stores were fairly close, and it was very quiet. The room was very nice and extremely clean. We were there for almost a week and were very happy that we stayed here.

Stayed during a heat wave and the air conditioning worked brilliantly. The staff were also brilliant when I turned up at 10.30pm to check in. Nice room/bed and great shower too.

The hotel was great, small, spotless and in a very quiet yet fairly central location with very helpful staff. I booked a “small double room”, thinking this meant a small room with a double bed, it actually means a room with a small double bed as in a 3/4 size double bed. I think the wording on the room type should be changed as this meant that me and my adult daughter had to share a very small bed for two nights!

Close to shops/cafes etc., and good to get refreshments including snacks in the room. Nice toiletries provided, and very quick online check in advance. Took off one star as the window opened but would not shut again, and when my boyfriend used the shower the head fell off, throwing water everywhere in the bathroom. Those two things aside it was a great hotel and they wouldn't rule out me staying here again.
