Such a treat to stay in such a nice hotel in such a great neighbourhood. The room was a good size, the bed was comfy. It was quiet and the bathroom was big with a great shower. The staff were friendly. My only request would be that the breakfast could cater better for vegans. But I would definitely stay here again

Occassionally I stay overnight in London and have used the Gem Fitzrovia a couple of times. It is in a good location and the staff have always been pleasant. I will definately stay in this hotel in the future.

Very good location, 20 mins walk from Euston Station & Oxford Street. Good size rooms with great aircon (which was needed with hot weather). Only niggle would be breakfast which was an extra; rather limited choice, and wait staff were rather prompt at removing items which made me feel rushed. However, I would choose to stay here again.

This is my family’s go to hotel in London. It’s clean and comfortable and the staff are always friendly. Breakfast is delicious and there is a large variety on the menu. The hotel is well located to the Metropolitan Line and so fantastic it’s ideal for concerts at Wembley Stadium. Thank you.
