The hotel is great!, clean and the rooms are big. The amenities are beautiful. The garden is big and cozy. The food in the restaurant is very good! I definitely recommend it!

Good location and good facilities for a short stay. Especially like the cafe and the breakfast area. Plenty of places to work from as well. The rooms are fairly basic but have what you need and the beds are clean and actually very comfortable. Will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ember Locke. The hotel is in a great location, very close to Earl’s Court tube station. The hotel was lovely, good decor. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower curtain was dirty along the bottom but otherwise the bathroom was clean.

Truly beautiful hotel, from the entrance to the individual rooms. Beautifully designed and very chic. I’ve never wanted to hang out in a hotel lobby or lounge to drink coffee, but we did here with enthusiasm- it’s just that comfortable and cool. The staff were friendly and immensely helpful and responsive. It was also an easy walk to several excellent restaurant neighborhoods, the Natural History Museum, V&A, and the underground stations.

The room size was adequate. The air conditioning worked very well. Paper products (toilet tissue, no facial tissues) were mediocre. The garden was a pleasant respite and drinks from the bar were good. I used the gym several times and also a pleasant surprise, roomy, good selection of weights.

The room has amazing black out curtains and it was very quiet in the room. The only downside is there was no mini fridge in the room. Hotel is close to earls court and there’s a supermarket about 1 min away. I would stay again but next time get a studio with a fridge.

Place is designed amazingly, very very nice staff. Just slightly poor execution. The rooms air con wasn’t working and there was a coffee machine but no pods, and a kettle but no tea bags or milk. Also the shower had just shower gel, no shampoo or conditioner.

This hotel was very central and close to the tube and bus lines. The rooms were very clean, the beds were also very comfortable. All of the amenities in the room worked fine, however we didn't use the much (I.E. the cook top, kettle, etc.). The best part was the staff, exceptionally helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Two staff in particular, Patricia and Jessica helped us out when British Airways deemed it not necessary to load our bag. 10/10 would stay again.

Only issue was I completed a request (on the back of a mail from them) to book a parking spot -heard nothing, could not get through on any number to the hotel, so had to park half an hour away at Westfield which wasn't ideal. This is great location of you don't want to be in the centre of London. Close to South Kensington and Knightsbridge, Picadilly line into the city and to Heathrow. Parking available too. The hotel decor is very quaint. Maintenance seems to be a bit of an issue though, but the staff were quite attentive in resolving issues. You will only have your room cleaned once during your stay, extra cleaning is pricey. They will provide fresh towels on request. We would stay there again, mainly because the location worked for us and we had a hire car.

London Hotel Review We had a pleasant stay at this beautiful hotel. Our room was on the 6th floor, right under the roof, so the low ceiling was a little uncomfortable at times. The bed sheets and towels were clean, but the room and some of the furnishings felt a bit old and could have used some extra cleaning and maintenance. I personally had to do a little cleaning myself when we arrived. That said, the room had everything we needed for our stay. Having a washing machine and a small but fully equipped kitchen was especially useful and made things much more convenient. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They went back and forth several times to take care of a few things that were missing and make sure everything was set up the way we wanted, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent—both the neighborhood itself and the access to public transportation were fantastic. Overall, despite a few issues with the room, we had a good experience and really appreciated the helpful staff and great location.

Really enjoyed the stay at Ember Locke. The retro aesthetics and overall design gave the hotel a very cool, unique vibe. Location was very good and well connected, though it was about a 5–10 minute walk to reach busier spots with bakeries, cafés, and restaurants. Overall, a stylish and comfortable place to stay in London. P.s. the washer/dryer was a bit confusing but staff was helpful.
