Great room, great location and very helpful staff. I needed to get around London so being so close to Angel station, it made my stay nice and easy. There are some great coffee chops nearby, too. The hotel is clean and rooms well maintained. Perfect city hotel.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful; and the location is good. The room, however, wasn't really comfortable. The bed was stiff, the pillows lumpy and thin, The AC would turn itself off in the middle of the night. It's okay for a couple of nights but not for a longer stay.

Great hotel. The guy doing our check in was awesome. I wish I could remember his name. Great bar. However, we didn’t love that they were just a few large towels. We would have liked to see different sizes and disposable glasses.

Room was very clean and staff helped me move from an accessible room to a regular room with no issues. Gym had a lot of equipment. My only complaint is that the key card would be deactivated whenever it touched my phone or my wallet, and I would have to go back to the lobby to be able to reactivate it and enter my room.

Excellent sized room for 3 adults. We found the hotel very quiet, no loud noise keeping us awake which was great. Everything was very clean and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Location was perfect, Angel tube station just around the corner.

The hotel is clean and in a very good location. The room is well maintained and it's a comfortable stay. The only issue is that the room key card almost never really works. During my 4 days of stay there, I got to bring it back to the reception to get it reset on a daily basis and if I go back to the room multiple times a day, half the time, the key had to be reset. This is despite putting the key card away from anything like phone or credit cards. So this part was quite inconvenient. Other than that, the stay is great and the staff friendly and helpful.

The mattress was rock hard and very uncomfortable and the pillows were quite thin. We thought the air conditioning was broken but the staff just hadn’t turned it on. After they did turn it on we found that it would only run for two hours at a time which was very frustrating at night. The location was fabulous! Easy to get to from Heathrow airport (go to angel station on the northern line if you have luggage!) with easy access to Luton airport from St Pancras. Some nice areas near the hotel and a great German bakery across from Angel station.
