We absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were nice, the staff was very helpful, and you could not get a better location right in front of Carnaby. Lots of places to eat and shop. If you are looking for a great hotel right in the middle of the action, this is the place. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to London

Book the hotel last minute and was just looking for a hotel with the best value since it's our first time staying in London. PHotel is in the heart of SOHO district and all the shops were walkable. There were restaurants all around the hotel. A little busy during rush hours but it didn't bother us

This hotel is in a fantastic location. The rooms are large - much more like a U.S. hotel which was great! However, the showers are very uncomfortable and difficult to use. There was no hand soap available. No one cleaned the room the first two nights of my stay. I ran out of towels and garbage was piling up but no one answered when I called downstairs. For the higher cost of this hotel, I would expect the room to be cleaned each night.

When ever I’m in London I stay at the courthouse as it’s close to all the day and night life, restaurants etc, super convenient to reach transportation. Staff are great, there’s breakfast on site. Highly recommend.
