This was the third Citizen M we'd visited, after Chicago & Boston. We arrived to find a welcome back card and drink voucher, which was a lovely touch! As always, the staff were great. Had a fab sleep & loved the disco shower 😂

I didn’t really have many interactions with staff as my partner checked in before me. The location is perfect close to Shoreditch high street station, the air con and fridge were a big plus, the rooms was small but perfectly formed had everything you needed and very good value for a weekend stay. The rooms were spotless, the bed was so big and comfy with extra pillows if needed, loved the colour changing lights in toilet/shower room. Key location in the Shoreditch area; bit difficult to get a sense of direction because it's at the cross of several roads but that has more to do with London's street set-up than the actual hotel. The hotel let me do early check-in at no extra cost and the room was very comfortable and clean.
