The hotel was in a good location for the bus line to get anywhere in the city. The check-in process was not what I expected to see just to check in 30 minutes early. I was directed to join their online club to be able to check in early which i didn't completely mind since the train ride in from northern UK was about 3 hours. What I didn't like about check-in came after I got to my room which was a handicap assisted room...and they would not change it when requested! The hotel was also right next to plenty of places to eat and drink including grocery stores to buy quick bites to eat and drink since the room also had a small refrigerator in the room.
