Barato, pero mejorable

No está mal pero no es nada del otro mundo, las habitaciones y los armarios un poco chicos para mi gusto. Nos dieron habitación en la planta más alta cuando no hay ascensor, ibámos cargados de maleta y con una persona mayor

Menudo chasco.

Estaba tan contenta con mi hotel porque habia visto unas fotos en las que la habitacion parecia bastante mona, o al menos ``moderna``, ``reformada`` y cuando llegué allí, las paredes estaban manchadisimas, los muebles eran como del siglo pasado, el baño no habia visto una reforma desde que se hizo el hotel, la moqueta daba asco..... Encima el chico de la recepción, nos tubo esperando mas de 15 minutos hasta que prepararon la habitacion y eso que el check in era a las 14 y llegamos a las 16.00 cansadisimos de un largo viaje esperando alli en la recepcion cargados con las maletas.... un desastre. Sin mencionar de que no tenian ``ni papa`` de español.... no repetiria.

Great Location, Reasonable Price

If you don't have a car, and you need to attend an event near Harrow town centre, this is a great place to stay. Direct bus from Heathrow, right in the middle of the shops, and close to Harrow-on-the-Hill station. And on top of all that, it has really good free wifi in every room. So what's not to like? Well, the staff seemed a little un-enthusiastic! It was only when we were checking out that we discovered the whole place is closing in the next couple of weeks. Awful shame.

Arrived late but only used the bar which was excellent after a long day and served good beer prices for London Town!

Excellent hotel to stay

This hotel in my opinion is underrated. An excellent hotel to stay with lots of amenities near by. The only glitch I found was that the hotel is bit costly but it may be due to seasonality effect. Overall an excellent hotel to stay better than some of the bigger names in the market

Hopefully not again

The hotel was selected as it was one of very few available in the area. At close to £100 for the night it was twice what it should be for the condition...unless it's Halloween and you want cobwebs that is ! The walls were paper thin so at least I got to hear a TV if not watch one (mine didn't work).

Good, easy access hotel. Parking was a real plus and easy travel into London. Decoration was a little tired, but great price and cleanliness, with good breakfast. I've booked for next trip to London!

A Very Good Choice

Great value, clean and friendly hotel. The bedroom was a good size, albeit a little difficult to enter with luggage, as the entrance formed a narrow "V" with the adjacent bedroom door. The bathroom was a bit narrow, but there more pluses than minuses. I had a very comfortable and quiet night's sleep, even though my room was on the front of the hotel. Breakfast was one of the best I have had. Plenty available and friendly service. The tables were covered with white tablecloths freshly laundered. Although it was an old building, one had the feeling that the management really cared about providing a positive experience. In my view they succeeded. There was free car parking and free WiFi.

Reasonably close to M1 and London Underground.

Attending a funeral nearby. Single room in a separate block. Convenient location, able to park but not sure if hotel was full. Good breakfast, reasonably priced evening meal. Disappointing mattress and ensuite a bit cramped. Otherwise ok.

My room faced a noisy road so I couldn't have the window open at night. I found the whole building rather too warm.

Like standing by road

The amenities were fine and the bed was comfy. But it was ruined by the fact that the seals around the windows were very bad. It genuinely was like standing next to a road. The sounds from the outside was really bad. I complained to the lady at the desk but she wouldnt do anything about it.

Overnight stay

The room was adequate,room was at the front on busy road,staff couldn't really be bothered to help. Room was clean everything required for an overnight stay. The bonus of the hotel is the parking. Don't expect too much,for an overnight it was ok.

Good location

Good location. One step away from the bus stop and tube station. A bit noisy because our room is at the back. Staff are friendly and helpful.
