The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the afternoon cream tea, and it was great having bottled water available with no charge. The hotel is located right near Harrods, but on a quiet side street. It was very walkable, and also easy to get to the Knightsbridge and the South Kensington tube stations. Breakfast was very good, but it was a bit awkward having to eat in the room, balancing a plate on your lap.

The staff and place is near to tourist spot, but not good for senior only 1 person and 1 luggage in the elevator are fit and they only choice to have breakfast in your room or in the reception area. its not a hotel a private apartment. Staff are friendly and easy to take a bus or train 10 min walk .

Loved how quiet and clean the room was. The location was great! Walking distance to the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and other great museums. 15ish minutes to the South Kensington station and great restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Minor personnel preference issues - no hair dryer in the hotel room and no tub stopper to take baths. The room also had two doors to enter through with very limited space in between, which could be difficult to manage with luggage or after a day of shopping. But would overall recommend the hotel and definitely would stay there again.

pur 4 visit. the location amazing, the rooms quirky and oddly shaped. elevator tiny, this is a wonderful old hotel with all that that implies, if you're used to a Las Vegas style suite, this is not that. but the afternoon cream tea included in the fare is a lovely touch. t This place has a lot of heart and we love staying here.
