Great location. Very near to the national express bus (from/to Heathrow airport) and the Victoria station/underground. Nice breakfast and helpful staffs. There are several restaurants nearby which is convenient and delicious.

Location was great. 10 min walk to Victoria Station to catch tours. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast options were plentiful. Our room was clean. The only thing we noticed that needed improvement were the rugs in the stairways and bedroom. They need to be professionally cleaned or replaced. We'd go back!

The staff—especially Maryann, Kathy, and Damien—was truly wonderful, providing helpful communication before we even arrived. When we had trouble finding our studio, Maryann kindly walked over with us and even carried two of our heavy bags up four flights of stairs. Her warmth and helpfulness made a big impression, especially since managing luggage for a two-week cruise up 66 narrow steps (no elevator) is quite a workout! The location could not be better. It's a quick, easy walk to Victoria Coach Station, Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, the National Gallery, and the British Museum, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and grocery stores right in the neighborhood. For future guests, it's helpful to know that the studio rooms with microwaves and refrigerators are located in a separate annex building about 200 meters from the main hotel, and breakfast isn't included with those units. We would love to stay here again when back in London, entirely thanks to the fabulous location and the wonderful, caring staff!

The location is great! The staff were kind and accommodating, helpful and friendly. The place we stayed was in a separate building about 30 steps away. We found a few bugs in the room at various times. The room was too crowded with the addition of a table and 2 stools.

Overall - a budget hotel, so taking that into consideration. The location was great and incredibly central. The room itself was fine, but that was it. Not a bad hotel, but not anything more than just a bed for you to sleep in at the end of the day. Bring your own amenities (soap, lotion, razor etc)

A good option when wanting to stay in Belgravia as the hotels are very expensive. Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and easy distance from Cadogan Hall. Good, plentiful cooked breakfast as well as continental. Would not hesitate to book again.
