Staff were very friendly, room was nice and clean only problem was room was abit small, but for what we needed it for it was adequate we would stay here again, hotel is close to quite alot of popular attractions easy to get to aswell.

Good location ne Leicester Square , close to tube. Room and bathroom both clean. Sufficient space for the 2 of us to hang clothes. It was a very good overnight choice. Plenty of places for breakfast nearby next morning.

Booked a double room with 'a bit more space' the double was a 4' bed. No kettle or drink making facility. Didn't use roof restaurant. Self check in, easy. Unusually quiet room, could hear quiet rumbles from the tube, and sirons in street on 2nd floor facing front. Fully booked, clearly popular.

We arrived late due to fight issues, and had a hard time finding hotels there is no address number at entry. Finally found it, security helped with our check in, he was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and was what I expected, but AC kept shutting down, when I mentioned they had someone look at it right away and provide us with a breakfast voucher at restaurant. Staff were amazing, efficient, friendly and always willing to assist with concerns or directions. Yes, I would stay there again.
