The hotel was clean and stylish, and the staff (especially the receptionist) were great. They checked us in without hassle, took care of our bags before our room was ready and gave some recommendations. The room was comfortable and you could see the Tower Bridge.

This was a great hotel, close to some of the sights we wanted to see and the underground station was 2 blocks away, for easy access to other parts of the city. The rooms were nice and comfortable. We would stay here again.
