Amazing staff who truly went above and beyond. Location right next to Charing Cross station which is very convenient for Trafalgar Square, theatre district as well as a short walk to London Eye and County Hall. The location was excellent, right next to the train station, which made getting around London very convenient. Although you can hear the trains, the noise wasn’t too disruptive and I quickly got used to it. Breakfast was also very nice, with a good selection. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and found the location especially convenient for exploring London.

We have a family of four, 2 adults and two children under 10 and stayed for four nights, The hotel is perfectly located next Trafalgar Square, everybody there was extremely accommodating and helpful. The hotel was excellent I would say even nicer than my tour of Buckingham Palace. … We really enjoyed the stay there and we definitely go back.

This was my third stay at The Clermont, and once again, it did not disappoint! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and has such a great atmosphere. The location is fantastic, making it so easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they truly go above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. I highly recommend The Clermont and will definitely be back again!
