It was our first time in London, and it was the perfect hotel!! The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was lovely. The beds were comfortable and our room was very nice. The location was the best!!! We loved that it was nestled in a beautiful area, where we felt like the locals. We could walk just a few blocks and have access to great food places, parks, and Nottinghill. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a good stay, but our first room was disappointing. It was located in the basement, felt cold, and had a musty smell that seemed to be masked with a very strong air freshener. We asked to switch rooms, and the staff accommodated us. Our second room was much better—cleaner, more comfortable, and made for a much more enjoyable stay. I appreciate that they addressed our concern, but I hope they resolve the issues with the basement rooms. The location was wonderful. It's in a very charming neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping.
