I've reviewed this hotel before and I can only add to my previous comments. Excellent service and friendliness of the staff. You really can't fault the staff for their efforts and knowledge. The rooms are more than adequate for comfort and sleep. Very spacious too. The shower is definitely a plus given that the hotel uses Dove products. I would happily use this hotel again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed, blackout curtains. Shower was very nice. Although some may not like it, i was reassured about cleanliness due to an occasional whiff of bleach. Everything looked spick and span, but the smell of bleach verified it. Very courteous staff with each interaction.

The staff was very attentive and the breakfast (absolutely delicious)! The coffee was a hit as well. We were in town for a funeral service and one of our rooms needed an early check in to get ready for the services. They were more than happy to accommodate our situation and everything worked out and everyone was happy. Walmart as well as a nice selection of restaurants are in walking distance literally. I walked to Walmart every morning to get my steps in. The fitness center was also a hit as we are all into healthy lifestyles. I would definitely stay here in the future when visiting WV.

It was a good stay

I ended up needing to get a room due to a snow storm and stayed for the night. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is located near several local restaurants which gave several options for dinner. Due to the snow, some locals were out doing donuts in the nearby parking lots, but that seemed like some abnormal noise. The room was clean, a bulb or two were burned out, and the bed sagged, but was comfortable. The room was quiet, and I couldn't hear any neighboring rooms making much noise, which was great at night. It's a good stay, close to the highway, and easy to find. I'll definitely stay again.

There are not a lot of places to choose from in this location. The hotel was clean, breakfast ok, and people friendly but the pool was closed and it wasn't posted online so we didn't know until we arrived. Our granddaughter was very upset. It's located in a large shopping area and the roads need repaired.
