Palazzo Gentile was exactly what we'd hoped for, and right in the centre of the most beautiful part of Locorotondo. The bed was very comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a welcome luxury. There are a lot of steps in the property, so ideally don't bring large suitcases. There's also no electric kettle, but boiling water on the hob for tea was pretty easy!

Beautiful well appointed apartment in the heart of Locorotondo. Amazing features, the stone vaulted ceilings are gorgeous. Vitania, our host, had great communication before our arrival, recommending parking spots and restaurants. She even waited late for us when we got held up. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment in March. It was rainy and cold and the heating struggled to keep the place as warm as we wanted. The apartment is clean and large but the bedroom has a lot of extra space that is not being well used. The side tables for the bed are tiny and awkward so it would be a great use of space to add better side tables. There is hardly any storage for clothing. A dresser would be useful. We could not get sufficient water pressure in the upstairs shower (main bathroom) so we had to use the shower downstairs. The apartment was quiet and clean and in walking distance to many restaurants. The steps between the lower and upper levels are steep and may be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

Fantastic and extremely helpful host, who goes above and beyond to ensure you have a the best time. Thanks apartment is also immaculate. The one small thing causing an imperfection if you are smell sensitive, is the slightly damp smell, though due to the nature of the building and limited ventilation, this would be difficult to avoid and probably not noticeable to most. Loccorotundo is a great town and would definitely recommend staying at the apartments ☺️

Palazzo Gentile is super conveniently located in locorotondo, just on the edge of the historic city centre and near to a few parking lots/ streets.. The place is well decorated and seems brand new and squeaky clean! All the amenities you need for a perfect stay plus some coffee/ breakfast items. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend it!
