“I wrote to the host multiple times and they never responded. The house keepers were nice and the location is close to where you might want to tour, but beyond that there wasn’t anything redeeming. In regards to the communication, it was so bad that I had to help some other people checking in to apartment 5 because the host did not send them check in details. They asked the restaurant downstairs to contact the host and then I helped them into their room. The place has no elevator and no A/C only...

“Loved everything about our stay , gorgeous view, only comment would be upgrade on furniture would be great as sofa not very comfy and looking a wee bit tired in places plus en-suite toilet was broken so did not use it but overall very happy and will definitely be back to stay with you in the future. 😁”

“The room was clean, and a great location in Southsea. A few small issues: the TV stopped working on our last morning, the bath had not been used and the water ran yellow, but the shower was fine. A cloth to do the washing up would have been of use. Overall the room was a great base for our weekend away.”
