“The venue is currently set up for youth residential events so it doesn't have hotel facilities. Our room was modern and clean with comfortable beds and a good bathroom, but it would have benefited from a few extra amenities. “Great stay very friendly staff nothing too much trouble, excellent location, our 2nd stay here and have booked again for next year Highly recommended”

“It is a lovely little hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent for Hereford just 7 minutes away. We used it as a base and visited Hereford Cathedral and the Old House Museum in Hereford, Croft Castle, Leominster, Ledbury (not to be missed) Ross on Wye and Goodrich Castle. All less than 45 mins. away. Also some of the Black and White villages north of the City. Would definitely recommend this hotel and also a trip to...

“Lovely hotel, cosy feel”

“We’re walking the Herefordshire Trail and stayed here for one night. I was a good choice. A friendly welcome. We had an excellent room which was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to walk around. Food in the evening was excellent, with a good menu choice. A good selection of cask beers. Breakfast was excellent a good menu to choose from. All the staff were great. We highly recommend.”

“Beautiful location. Great breakfast.”

“Over all we had a great three night stay. Very friendly staff, good accommodation and location. Our only criticism was that when we ate in the restaurant one evening and had breakfasts the food wasn’t hot and the plates hadn’t been heated.”
